Miss World 2011: Miss Philippines-1st Runner-up, Miss Venezuela Crowned

The recently concluded Miss World 2011 crowned Miss Venezuela as this year's Miss World while Miss Philippines was declared 1st Runner-up; Miss Puerto Rico placed 2nd Runner-up.

This is a significant year for Miss World 2011 as they celebrated their 75th Anniversary. Going back where it all began, it was held in London.

Filled with extreme joy, Miss Venezuela Ivian Lunasol Sarcos Colmenares almost broke in tears as she was crowned Miss World 2011.

On the other hand, Miss Philippines Gwendolyn Gaille remained in poise as she was called 1st runner-up. Miss Amanda Perez is Miss Puerto Rico.
